At MU BAGS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal hygiene items, food products, and customized items are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and approved.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
